Lunch on the terrace, the quality and balance of the dishes, the smiles and efficiency of the servers, the overall atmosphere… everything was perfect for a wonderful time!! The food was truly delicious, especially considering the packed lunches! Well done!!

15/05/2026: During the Ascension Day long weekend, the restaurant was packed (two very large tables inside), yet the service was impeccable. The waitresses and the owner were all smiles and attentive. The whole team went the extra mile.
The dishes were perfect: oysters, whelks, octopus, mussels—everything was delicious. Good value for money overall. We highly recommend it!
15/05/2026: It took 2.5 hours to get a meal during the Ascension Day long weekend. The owner came to "apologize" in a very unpleasant manner. He insisted on offering the meals free of charge, but it took 30 minutes to take our order, 2 hours to get our food, and then we were brushed off.
The food itself was good, though. What a shame...

Great welcome, and fantastic pizzas—crispy on one side and soft on the other. Generously topped with quality ingredients, I highly recommend it! 👍👍 Thank you so much!
21/12/2025: Well, finding an open restaurant on Sunday, December 21st, in the south of Île d'Oléron, seems like a near-impossible feat. The café on the square is open, the welcome is warm, and the service is impeccable. A simple and pleasant moment. A hamburger and fries, a glass of Bordeaux, a coffee, and that's all it takes.

04/08/2024: Endroit très sympa et loin de l’esprit touristique. Accueil très sympathique, fruits de mer et moules délicieuses. Nous recommandons vivement une halte chez eux !!!!!
03/08/2024: Un lieux super original typique et atypique,, si si c’est possible. . Un accueil au top par une équipe super souriante agréable. Et un boss Thomas au Taquet , et attentionné !!
Une vue magnifique sur un coucher de soleil flamboyant. Au milieu des marais.
Des moules marinières succulentes et généreusement servies avec des frites maison au top.
Huîtres chaudes parfaitement réalisées. Gambas dodues et savoureuses. Miam et Re miam.
RÉSERVEZ pour pouvoir profiter de ce moment. Dont vous vous souviendrez.

26/07/2024: Superbe découverte le long du chenal. Cuisine fraîche et savoureuse, cadre très sympathique avec terrasse au bord de l’eau. Produits frais bien travaillés. Je recommande cette adresse.

et convivial
Une soirée magnifique et les grincheux qui n'apprécient pas ceci ou cela n'ont qu'a aller voir ailleurs il y aura plus de place pour les clients qui passent une superbe soirée

27/08/2024: En 3 semaines c'est notre troisième repas à La Pêche aux Moules toujours aussi sympa et convivial. Le patron nous tutoie et bien nous aussi nous le tutoyons... où est le problème ? Nous venons sur les bancs de cette cabane depuis 3 ans, souvent avec des amis et jamais nous n'avons été déçus, qu'il s'agisse des moules de chez Gaburiau, les boissons parfois locales et les glaces de chez Clément de St Pierre tout est parfait.

2 éclairs avec une " crème " consistance lait caillé, la pâte type farine de pois-chiche et 2 baguettes de pain caoutchouteuses, et pourtant le temps n'est pas humide en ce moment.
Bref franchement déçu à fuir.

En vacances nous achetons à cette adresse quand nous allons à château d'Oléron merci

02/09/2024: Affordable ice cream, several flavors, nice.
Melts quite quickly which is a shame but otherwise very good with taste.
26/08/2024: We took 4 Italian ice creams immediately and regretted it. They immediately melted and are tasteless. To summarize it's water and sugar.
Very disappointing however the seller was friendly
