21/12/2025: A very good experience. Simple but very good. Prices outside of the baths are a bit expensive. I recommend the restaurant.

07/12/2025: I came to the Caldane Baths to have a nice time with friends, but I was very disappointed by an inappropriate remark from a waiter when I asked for a dish without pork. He told me, "This isn't back home, Morocco, or Algeria," that we're in Corsica, which deeply shocked me. It's important that the staff be made aware of the importance of respecting all customers. That same morning, this same person served us wearing a cap. Even back home, that's unacceptable. When it came time to pay, the owner made a gesture that I greatly appreciated: a handmade soap. Thank you! 🙏

25/07/2024: Very welcoming restaurant. The kitchen is perfect. Very warm service. When it's hot on the terrace, automatic misters are set up to cool us down. THANKS.

18/07/2024: Dinner in the evening and we were so well received and so well eaten that this restaurant deserves to be known. Tasty and family dishes. No risk coming here (you don't risk being kidnapped see the Corsican investigation) it's like home.
