19/09/2023: Family dinner on a Saturday evening in September. Welcomed by friendly but unsmiling staff. Taking orders quite long and above all waiting too long to be served. Ready to wait 1 hour for the appetizer...and then around 30min to 45min of waiting between each dish! I even had to ask for bread to wait because we were hungry! Especially since a pot of butter had been left for us with the drinks. The waitress told me that we won't have any bread before the starters so as not to spoil our appetite! I didn't dare insist! But I found this refusal borderline! Especially since we were really hungry! Arriving at 7:20 p.m. we only received the entries around 9 p.m.! Fortunately the food is good and the plates well prepared! But here again a disappointment in the quantities on the plates. When ordering I ask if the piece of veal is plentiful and I am assured that it will be plentiful because I ordered the dish a la carte and not from the menu! Verdict a piece of veal weighing less than 100g with a large piece of nerve in the center with 3 pieces of mushrooms! And all this for 40€! A piece of nerve is expensive! Ditto for the laser-cut piece of Brillat Savarin for €12! Even a salad or some nuts to accompany it! Brief! Paying a bill for more than €100, arriving at 7:20 p.m. to leave at 11:30 p.m., only to have to eat again at midnight, because leaving the restaurant still hungry, I didn't expect that when booking this restaurant! Not even a reduction on the bill despite reporting it to the staff! I am very disappointed and I really feel ripped off!

17/09/2023: Excellent gourmet meal, beautiful aromas and a beautiful wine list. However, it's a shame, the service is not adequate.
