21/04/2026: An extremely negative and deeply disturbing experience. We experienced an unacceptable situation during our stay: a housekeeping staff member entered our room four times starting at 7:30 a.m., while we were either sleeping or getting ready. This was profoundly intrusive and constituted a serious breach of privacy. We were clearly outside of check-out hours, and therefore there was no need for cleaning. The staff member never apologized. The problem is all the more concerning given that the door locking system was clearly faulty, which raises serious questions about the security of the premises. Furthermore, no staff were available at reception in the morning to address the situation or respond to our concerns, which only reinforced our feelings of abandonment and dissatisfaction. This experience was particularly stressful, even traumatic. We are extremely disappointed and will certainly not be returning to this establishment.

08/02/2026: Ouch, the room is austere, charged at €99 with Wonderbox but actually €56 per night. A rip-off. No charm whatsoever.
