10/10/2025: This year again my husband treated me to a meal at the Central for my birthday. The welcome and the staff were great and attentive. It was a delight for the taste buds, flavors, freshness and originality. The room is well decorated, the armchairs are comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant from every point of view. I especially love it, don't change a thing. A small suggestion, the young waiter should present the appetizers. Thank you to the whole team for this great time. Bravo to the chef.

Very unpleasant welcome, we reserved for a group of 14 people but obviously we were disturbing (we would have preferred that they refused the reservation).
The waitresses huff, roll their eyes...
In total they had 22 seats for lunch including us!!!!
And when we ask for an expense report...that's the sentence, the waitress deliberately makes us an unpleasant comment!!
The dishes were correct but disconcertingly simple.
