Axel, who excels in the flavor and variety of his homemade dishes, the head waiter Pierre, with his rigor, presence, and affability, and the attentive manager... A true team effort whose result inevitably leads to an exceptional dinner combining gustatory and olfactory pleasures, all in a setting that, at first glance, seems unpretentious for a 2-star establishment... but no matter, the alchemy of all this simplicity and professionalism truly, sincerely, allows us to spend a timeless moment enjoying our meals!
