13/07/2026: There are some pretty heroic dishes here to enjoy. Excellent foie gras. Steak. And the most wonderful peach souffle.
All with great service.
Need to book. It was busy.
13/07/2026: If, like us, you happen to find yourself at a table at the Auberge de l'Espérance, you'll have an unexpected culinary surprise... if you're looking for a nice setting and very good quality cuisine, you have to go!

09/05/2026: Thank you for this authentic stopover. Charming hotel owners, delicious meal (thank you for the very tender duck breast)! It's a shame there was no music last night, but I would have gladly shared my favorite blues songs with you!

19/08/2025: Hotel that combines Périgord tradition and the Zen calm of the Levant in a pretty park with fruit trees and a vegetable garden with melons and watermelons that can be found at breakfast. Ideally located to discover the Périgord Noir. Helpful and friendly welcome. Very complete breakfast buffet for savory and sweet with freshly peeled fruit. Many restaurants nearby. Large room for 3 pleasant well air-conditioned which allowed us to get through the heatwave...

13/07/2024: L’air de campagne ne reflète pas ce qu’il promet. Les plats régionaux étaient convenables mais sans surprises. Et l’accueil froid et hautain nous a glacé, un mauvais moment passé dans cet endroit mal placé pour une addition salée. Ne vaut pas le détour.
