Dishes made with high-quality, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend going; you won't be disappointed. Thank you for this lovely experience. 23/08/2026: We had our meal on a terrace in the evening, on one of the pedestrian streets in old Montbéliard.
Traditional Thai cuisine, very tasty.
Friendly staff, in short, a great evening! I recommend it.

The food was superb, the recommendations were great, and the owner was friendly and welcoming.
We recommend ordering a little bit of everything as a starter and sharing it.
For our main course, we had "The Weeping Tiger" with fried rice. Excellent!! I highly recommend it!! (Two spicy sauces are served; let the spice levels decide for those who like it spicy!!)
Reservations can be made online, and they respond quickly.

22/07/2026: I don't usually leave reviews about my experience at a restaurant, but this time at your establishment was a huge disappointment.
It's not the first time my wife and I have dined here, but this time in particular, the waitress was incredibly unpleasant and bossy. I would never have left this review if it weren't for her behavior, which is unworthy of the profession.
They say "the customer is king," up to a point, but the reverse is also true. I politely offered some feedback on my dish when paying the bill, and the cashier's response was curt and biased. Not being one to leave reviews, I looked at the existing ones and noticed a lack of self-reflection when customers express dissatisfaction. You never acknowledge the customer's perspective or try to discuss the matter objectively with them.
I am truly surprised by your responses to reviews and the judgments you make about your customers and their lack of manners, which is unusual for restaurant professionals.
22/07/2026: We made a group reservation at Le Châtel for two nights as part of the Tour de France's passage through the region. Farida and Sylvain were fantastic and very accommodating, and we thank them for that. I highly recommend this place.

02/09/2026: Dinner on 25/08/26: unlimited mussels and fries, desserts, and coffee—all very good. Friendly and efficient staff. Returned on 01/09/26, same but better.

23/08/2026: I've been a regular for almost a year now, and I keep coming back for the same reasons: friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, and fantastic, very welcoming owners.
This café has become a sort of headquarters for my boyfriend and me, as well as when we have friends over.
You can be sure I'll be here for a long time to come 😊

30/07/2026: We booked believing the establishment had been completely renovated as it should have been (that's what the new owner told us about 3 years ago). Nothing has changed on the terrace; it's still stuck in the 90s... cigarette butts are lying on the ground. Hygiene-wise, someone in the restaurant had a runny nose. Frankly, the menu is practically nonexistent, nothing like the Facebook videos and website photos. And to top it all off, the "homemade" fries (on the menu) weren't homemade at all. All of this was served with a turkey cutlet cut into tiny pieces, like I was a child, with fries on top to hide the poor quality... go to Flunch or a roadside diner; it's better... I'm waiting for the return visit, and if I need to argue, I'll come back with photos to back it up... It's a shame because the food used to be fantastic. I don't know what happened, but the standard has definitely dropped... hoping that my Let the writings be objective and constructive, and if the level returns to what it was 3 years ago, we will come back without hesitation.
28/07/2026: Very cozy place with lovely decor.
However, the evening got off to a bad start. Upon arrival, we announced we had a reservation for four people, and were told they hadn't seen it. No problem, the very kind waiter told us to take our seats. Having come to order a Franche-Comté menu, we were disappointed to learn it was no longer available, along with many other items.
We ended up ordering chicken escalopes in a cream sauce with tagliatelle. Unfortunately, they were out of pasta, so we had fries instead.
The dish was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
For dessert, the same thing happened again: we wanted crème brûlée, and they didn't have any.
Luckily, the waiter was very friendly and funny, which somewhat saved the evening. 😅
A little tip for the future: remove the sign on the road where it is advertised that you can eat Franche-Comté plates as well as fried carp, and change the menus on the website.

21/11/2024: J'ai mangé le vendredi 08 novembre à midi avec mes amis Serge cet Françoise pour fêter mes 60 ans. C'était délicieux. Nous avons très bien mangé, l'accueil était super, le service très bien.Le personnel est très à l'écoute, souriant, sympathique.En bref, nous avons passé un très très bon moment. Merci à toute l'équipe du Saint-Martin pour ce voyage culinaire!

09/08/2024: Restaurant très moyen....bouteille d'eau pas fraiche, obligée de réclamer glacons et sirop pour le menu enfant... peu de frites....salade composée très moyenne....Nous n"y retournerons pas dommage car le site est chouette....

The owner was unpleasant and kicked us out… because we didn't like the menu.
24/04/2026: The welcome was very pleasant. The food is excellent and beautifully presented! For my birthday, we ordered a surprise menu prepared by the chef, and we were delighted. It was perfect in terms of both taste and presentation. The only slight drawback is that the prices are perhaps a little high!
