01/06/2026: It was a joy to meet Chantal! We organized a party for 70 people and entrusted Kaf des Vieux Amants with the appetizers and the meal. The guests were delighted with the cooking workshops and then loved the meal. The staff is more than professional; a few briefings upon arrival and then everything went wonderfully. In short, pure bliss!

09/06/2026: I went there for a training course organized by a laboratory. The staff gave me a warm welcome, the welcome snacks were delicious, including a morel risotto, and the drinks were excellent. After the training, there was cheese, bread, and lovely petits fours. Well done!

17/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in Besançon! The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put you at ease. As for the food, it was a real treat. I opted for a flavorful and perfectly executed Arbois-style gratin, accompanied by a Bethanie wine that paired wonderfully. For dessert, the lemon cream meringue was light, balanced, and bursting with freshness. And to finish, an original and fragrant fir liqueur, perfect for concluding the meal. You can feel a real authenticity in both the food and the service. A place I highly recommend!

This establishment was delightful, thanks to its ambiance and setting (a lovely, peaceful terrace next to a water feature), impeccable service, and delicious, high-quality bistro-style cuisine. The prices and portion sizes might deter some, but the enjoyment is undeniable in this restaurant, which deserves to be better known and appreciated. I will definitely return.

30/05/2026: Frankly disappointed, mussels and fries, I've never seen such a small cone of fries, the wine glasses were full of limescale stains, the mashed potatoes were the same, the equivalent of a tablespoon, yet it's not what costs so much, the fries and potatoes.

11/05/2026: A beautiful group accommodation that I highly recommend. The lovely building has been completely renovated by the owners, offering a truly delightful setting. The accommodation is well-equipped, both inside and out – it has everything you could need! Sébastien, the owner, was very helpful and offered excellent advice, particularly regarding the choice of caterer who provided our meals during our weekend.

07/04/2026: A superb experience at La Truite d'Or guesthouse! We stayed for three nights as part of a business seminar. We loved the common areas and the rooms! The extra touch: the sauna with its cold plunge pool! Many thanks again to Emilie and her team for the organization! I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: We came for dinner on Saturday evening, May 9, 2026, a party of six, for the first time. We were invited by my nephews, Damien and Arnaud. It was a wonderful evening. The setting is magnificent for people who love nature. The dishes are delicious and very generous. The establishment is very clean, and the management and staff are very welcoming and responsive in the dining room. We will be back with friends from Alsace. Thank you for everything.
