30/03/2026: Passing through Besançon, we chose this restaurant somewhat by chance, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The blend of flavors and the preparation of the dishes, as well as the kindness of the staff, made it a delightful find. We had a lovely evening and highly recommend L'Ô restaurant.

P.S.: You can think whatever you like of your guests; however, I would have appreciated not seeing Mr. Salt and Pepper roll his eyes when I said, "Yes, we had a good dinner," when asked if I had "eaten well."
I'll give you the 5-star rating you deserve, but I won't be back.
12/04/2026: Excellent service, elegant establishment, and a lovely menu. The waiters even came to get us water. There are cloakrooms available for our coats. I highly recommend it.

Very generous portions.
The meat platters are excellent. Enjoy them plain.
A warm welcome in an authentic setting.
