12/08/2026: Appalling service, a 1.5-hour wait for a table of three. All the surrounding tables were served, but we got nothing. We reported the delay twice, and to top it all off, two people arrived, and before they could even sit down, the plates of fried food were being brought to their table. The waitress, standing there with her head held high, told me the problem was in the kitchen. The manager was no better. The gesture of goodwill was nowhere near as good as the inconvenience caused. And for the small amount of fried food we ate (because our appetites had been completely ruined), this woman had no trouble charging us. So, in the end, she was no better than her staff. What I regret is not leaving when the food arrived. A word to the wise: this is simply a complete mess. The fried food was too greasy and overcooked. My message: go take some restaurant management courses in Spain; you all desperately need them, or else find another job!

11/08/2026: I was disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The service was very slow, but only for our table: customers who arrived after us were served before us. First come, first served. Even after getting up twice to point out this problem to the receptionist, the service still didn't improve. After waiting for over an hour, just as we were getting up to leave, the fried food arrived, without any sauce. Having taken note of our dissatisfaction, the manager did offer some compensation. As for the dishes themselves, they were good and of good quality; it's a shame the rest didn't live up to expectations this time.
