30/03/2026: My stay was ultimately cancelled due to a change in my work schedule beyond my control. I contacted the Campanile Montélimar hotel twice (by phone and via Booking.com) to try to find a solution or some kind of compensation, but my requests were refused without any real consideration or flexibility. I fully understand the booking conditions, but I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and the tone used during our communications. In this exceptional situation, a little more customer consideration would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because it doesn't make me want to book again.
