30/03/2024: Restaurant: very welcoming and caring staff, we were advised for visits to the city, very fine and delicious gastronomy, fresh and regional products, we recommend this restaurant, comfortable terrace and veranda. Free parking nearby.

Canned fish soup, blackened croutons, rouille replaced by aioli (why?), served in very small quantities.
Cold welcome, cold service, gloomy atmosphere...

Hotel-Restaurant Le Saint Gillois

03/04/2024: Disappointed by the hotel, certainly not expensive, but I was charged €55 instead of €49 (I realized this afterwards in my emails), I did say that I found it more expensive than planned but there was nothing to discuss.
Breakfast at 7.9 instead of 7.5 is a small win.
The hotel is really not pleasant, old, very poorly renovated, no insulation.
Breakfast at 8:30 a.m., we were on the way to Santiago de Compostela, it was really late.
In short, I won't come back...
