10/07/2026: It's a small, hidden restaurant, but a real gem! The food was delicious and the service was warm and welcoming! I'm usually a small eater, but I finished everything at this restaurant because it was all so good!!! Absolutely recommended to experience their cuisine.

The first night because it had been recommended to us, the second because we loved the first one so much 😃 The food was top-notch (fresh ingredients, generous portions, delicious) and the service impeccable, from the moment we arrived until we paid! A truly excellent place.

19/06/2026: Always fabulous. It's always a delight to have lunch or dinner there. The dishes are always different, original, and seasonal, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The aperitifs are also excellent (🙌 the Moscow-I-don't-remember-how-sound-it). And the service is impeccable. You always feel welcome. The recommendations for dishes and wines are always spot-on.

16/06/2026: Look no further… You've arrived! Push open the door and you'll discover a haven of peace. The first thing you'll notice is Océane's warm smile and kindness, followed by the chef's generous and delicious dishes and the peaceful patio… pure bliss!

28/06/2026: A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely patio, though we had one small complaint: it was a bit chilly. Perhaps the parasols should be lowered after the sun goes down? With this heat, it's not easy to provide shade, but we've had this problem before at another patio in Nîmes! The staff is great, and the tables are well-spaced, which is much appreciated! Otherwise, the meal was absolutely delicious, with flavor combinations that truly awakened the taste buds! For us, both the chocolate and strawberry desserts were excellent! This meal was a constant source of pleasure throughout... It was a wonderful culinary experience! We will definitely return, confident that we'll enjoy another delicious meal and surprising flavor combinations!

23/06/2026: A Nimes institution and rightly so. From the warm welcome to the Chef seeing you off at the door the place reeks of charm, passion for food and unstinting quality. Superb in every regard (although cushions on the seats would be a good step). Cannot recommend highly enough!

09/07/2026: It was so delicious I wanted to cry with happiness! The restaurant L'imprev' blew my mind. The hospitality and friendliness💯! The taste 💯! The wine 💯! The price 💯! The elegant interior. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated. We had appetizers – fish ceviche and fried shrimp with squid. The main course was duck. It was absolutely delicious. The bread helped soak up the last of the wonderful dressings and sauce. I especially want to mention the generous size of the main course. I thank the chef and his team for a wonderful evening. I want to return to Nîmes and bring my whole family to this restaurant ❤️

15/06/2026: Excellent choice when in the Canaules/Ledignan region. The staff were extremely helpful m, despite our limited French, and very friendly. Food was tasty and well served. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. We will go again when in the region.

From the charcuterie board generously laden with local specialties to the sea bream with its fresh and carefully prepared accompaniments, and the grilled calf's head cooked on the plancha, every dish is vibrant and worth trying. The service is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant for a culinary stop in the Gard region.

21/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Le Tracteur is an authentic restaurant that showcases local produce in an absolutely stunning setting. The terrace, surrounded by greenery, offers a warm, peaceful, and cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. On the plate, everything is as successful as the decor: original and perfectly executed flavors. The beef tataki was excellent, the roasted nectarine dessert as surprising as it was delicious, and even the aperitifs are out of the ordinary, such as the incredible gin made with basil freshly picked from the garden. A big thank you also to the service: welcoming, warm, attentive, and full of helpful advice, with a genuine passion for the products offered. A charming place where you take as much pleasure in savoring the food as in enjoying the ambiance. We will definitely be back!
