17/11/2025: Finally, we were able to book and get a table this Sunday! What can we say except that we were completely satisfied with this inn and its owner, who takes the time to explain what he's serving you! There's a welcome sheet presenting the establishment, its location, and the daily menu. Personalized service in a typical Gers setting, a small number of tables, the assurance of no waiting between courses, a real treat for the taste buds (local produce), very well cooked and served hot... Thank you to this owner, who could easily be considered a Michelin-starred chef of a gourmet restaurant. We highly recommend it.
