The Café de l'Espérance perfectly captures the Saint James style and spirit. I thank Lise for her professionalism and her team for their warm welcome and friendliness 😌
02/04/2026: I had an absolutely perfect time at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, with a truly lovely and attentive team. The portions were generous, and every bite was a delight. The recommendations, whether for cocktails or dessert, were excellent. Thank you for this wonderful experience; I recommend it 100%!

06/07/2025: Second attempt, still just as disappointing. The staff isn't smiling, as if we're bothering them, and the food isn't as good as the one at my high school. The atmosphere is nonexistent. I'm closer to giving up than to failing here.
