You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. A genuine exchange during the tasting. In short, BLISSS is and will remain unique. This was our third experience – we can't wait to embark on this culinary journey with you, Isabelle and Anthony! 28/03/2026: Excellent food!!! We were rather overwhelmed with the champagne, especially for the Feuillate; next time I'll order the whole bottle. The decor with the panther, the chandeliers, and the background music really weren't appropriate, which is a shame.

05/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The service was attentive. We especially loved the Wagyu beef, sweet potato fries, and shiitake mushrooms. We will gladly return.

19/03/2026: Excellent spot for dinner with friends (upstairs) or a romantic dinner for two (downstairs). Rugby and football matches are shown on a large screen, depending on the schedule. Very nice food and wine list. Everything is fresh and delicious. Special mention for their Caesar salad, which is FINALLY made with the original recipe. Good wine list. Friendly and efficient service.

22/03/2026: From the moment you step inside, the magic begins. You're greeted by the waitstaff in this baroque, gilded, and intimate atmosphere... in short, come in! The same team always attends to each guest with a smile, each member managing their role and contributing to the magnificent ambiance. The kitchen prepares fresh, beautifully presented, and generous dishes, allowing you to savor every bite. Bravo! My first time, out of curiosity, and it was fabulous. Best of luck!

14/04/2026: We went to eat at La Cabane Océane on Friday evening to celebrate our 40th birthdays with my childhood friend, and it was excellent! The owner is lovely, go there without hesitation!

26/03/2026: I just had my lunch break at this restaurant in Castres-Gironde. I had a set menu today (starter, main course, dessert) on the sunny terrace. Everything was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

23/03/2026: I recently discovered this restaurant and it was a wonderful surprise! From the moment you walk in, the warm and elegant atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always ready to offer helpful advice. As for the food, the dishes are simply delicious: beautifully presented, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can feel the attention to detail, both in the flavor combinations and the presentation. The price is very reasonable considering the experience. It's a place I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, or even a special occasion. I will definitely be back!

29/11/2025: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for ages! I don't know why we didn't make the time sooner?! What a wonderful discovery! A warm and inviting atmosphere, impeccable and welcoming service, and sophisticated and delicious cuisine. 5 stars for the red mullet fillet and the "Tarte of the Five Senses," the house specialty for the past 10 years, and now we know why 🤩. We'll definitely be back!
