You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. 09/08/2026: As former regulars at Cohé and fans of Mr. Angelaud's cuisine, it had been two years since our last visit, as we no longer live in the area. We started by going to L'Echo, the wine bar, where the service was impeccable and the waiters were very friendly. Then we went down to Cohé for dinner. The atmosphere is intimate, and the tables are spaced far apart, providing the kind of privacy we appreciate. The service is, as always, perfect; everything is there: the descriptions of the dishes, the service, the friendliness, and the professionalism. The dishes are beautifully presented, balanced, and delicious. It's gourmet, but just the right amount. Bravo to Maison Angelaud! A must-visit restaurant in Pessac. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity.

The service is top-notch, the managers are attentive and take great care of their customers, and above all, they're always smiling! The ribeye and steak were cooked to perfection! And the homemade fries were simply divine! We had a lovely time under the arcades! The desserts are also excellent! We wish you a wonderful summer season and we'll be back!

19/07/2026: A remarkable dinner in every respect! A truly wonderful discovery, flawless from start to finish. An intimate setting on a quiet street in the city center, a warm welcome, and professional yet relaxed service. The quality of the ingredients is evident, the flavors are perfectly balanced, the combinations are bold, and the textures and cooking techniques are masterful: truly top-tier cuisine, executed flawlessly. Excellent wine recommendations, with suggestions perfectly paired with the dishes and at very reasonable prices. The most impressive aspect is undoubtedly the value for money. You'll find the care, creativity, and exacting standards of a fine dining establishment, all while maintaining very accessible prices (starter, main course, and dessert for €29 at lunchtime, €49 in the evening), all in a relaxed atmosphere. It had been a very long time since I had enjoyed a meal so much, with a smile on my face with every bite, to the point that I took the time to write this lengthy review. Good places deserve to be shared, and this is clearly one of them.

07/08/2026: The pizzas were absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The veal escalope with its Parmesan cream sauce was also very good. The portions are generous. The waitresses were attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was simple and pleasant. The prices might seem high, but I wasn't disappointed (around €18 for a pizza). I recommend this restaurant.

06/08/2026: We ordered ravioli, a pistachio ice cream, and a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce). We had agreed to swap the pistachio flavor for coffee. The coffee ice cream tasted strangely like Carte d'Or coffee ice cream, and the vanilla ice cream had the same impression. The spinach and ricotta ravioli were terribly bland. The bill for €11 worth of Carte d'Or ice cream left a bitter taste, especially considering the marketing materials on the website touted quality Italian products. Stop disparaging August vacationers! Furthermore, we ordered a pizza another day, and it was good. So the quality is inconsistent.

25/07/2026: A restaurant I stumbled upon on a quiet side street. The staff were very welcoming. The interior was clean and inviting. The waitress was friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The prices were reasonable. It's a great spot for young people. A visit is highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. Reservations are advised.
