26/09/2026: A high-end restaurant, with perfectly balanced flavors and textures. Excellent service. Personally, I disagree with the decision to not use any type of tablecloth, even though the white Corian surface is very beautiful.

And what can I say about the food… A veritable festival of creativity, colors, textures, and flavors! Each dish is meticulously prepared, with original combinations, and the cooking is perfectly executed. Inventive cuisine! 01/10/2026: The perfect restaurant for those who want to try Bazas beef. The glowing reviews on the restaurant's website convinced us to come and try the menu. A friendly welcome, excellent cuisine, and homemade dishes at a reasonable price. We will gladly return.

11/10/2026: Julien and Catherine provided an experience so exquisite, we returned to St. Emilion for our final night in the Bordeaux area just to dine with Le Tertre a second time. Thank you for putting so much thought and care into each dish, each wine pairing, and every moment of the experience. I look forward to returning with my wife on a future trip. The menu rotates, but if you have a chance to try their Foie Gras, Jersey Beef, Veal, or Duck, you will not be disappointed. Take the time to ask Catherine what wine pairs best with each course. 10/10/2026: Absolutely amazing Restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious and plated thoughtfully and beautifully, but what really makes the difference is the amazing service by the owners themselves and the fantastic wealth of wine knowledge when pairing a dish with a wine! I will come here again and again, highly recommend you get a reservation as this place fills up every night.

18/08/2026: This was our second time visiting Arcada and I’m pleased to say it was just as fabulous as the first. The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly, recommending food and wine pairings and explaining everything we had ordered to us. The food was exceptional - presented beautifully and delicious in taste. We even got to have a look in the wine cellar before we left. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough.
