Every time I order a coffee, I have to wait forever while he chats instead of serving customers. Today, I waited 10 minutes standing up, without even being served, and then he went to the till. It's unacceptable. There's practically no service: you have to fend for yourself and get what you need yourself. The cups are very often dirty, which is particularly worrying in terms of hygiene.
