11/05/2024: Very disappointing compared to what we experienced 10 years ago. We stopped for cassoulet and the disappointment was huge: 1 ridiculous and tasteless duck sleeve instead of confit leg, 1 tasteless Toulouse sausage and apart from that beans and fat. And the Cassole attached and burned at the bottom. I will not recommend this kitchen to you.
