07/03/2026: Each visit is a delight, showcasing not only the impeccable service and delicious cuisine, but also the exceptional atmosphere! Every wall is steeped in genuine memories (aviation and rugby), and all the guests feel a connection to this place, contributing to its warmth through the gentle murmur of conversation. And the icing on the cake is the pleasure of exchanging kind words with the owner, who is always close to his wife, who tirelessly manages this beautiful establishment! France is truly beautiful in this haven in Blagnac.
03/03/2026: A very good experience in this unique brasserie, beautifully decorated; you really feel close to the airplanes. A very nice display of model aircraft and photos of aviation and pilots. The food is simple but honest, without any pretension. The service was excellent and very friendly. A good place to eat. My only slight criticism, Madam Manager, please avoid, if possible, belittling your staff in front of customers; it's very humiliating for your waitress, and as a customer, I didn't witness it. Especially since your waitresses are very kind and attentive. Best of luck. Sincerely, A former head waiter.

27/01/2026: Igna's cooking is simply fantastic. His creativity surprises you in every dish. Everything he touches elevates. Beyond this gastronomic delight, it's a place, an atmosphere, and a warm welcome that Céline and her team offer.
Of course, it's always busy... but that's our fault! We just shouldn't come back every day! ;-) We highly recommend it.

02/12/2025: A very good family meal after visiting the museum. Unfortunately, the dish we chose was no longer available, but the replacement was very good. Excellent service.
13/11/2025: The dining room was lovely, but the waitress didn't take orders in the order they were received, so there was a wait at the start. The chicken and mushroom fusilli was quite good, although the mushrooms seemed to be frozen. The portion was rather small for pasta. The "café gourmand" was disappointing: a very dry chocolate cake with only three small pieces of fruit on top. Just fruit would have been better. The coffee wasn't good either. Overall, the experience could have been much better!

23/02/2026: Google presents it as a pizzeria, but it's more of a snack bar, with a self-service kiosk, and rather expensive for a snack bar.
21/02/2026: The restaurant is great, the food is really good.
They handle after-work drinks and farewell parties really well.
The staff is very kind and helpful. I'm deducting one star because, precisely because the staff is so friendly, we prefer talking to them rather than using the order kiosks ;) even though I understand it's necessary when it's busy (and I hope that happens as often as possible :)).

26/02/2026: €22 for a plate of frozen fish and chips. A huge disappointment for a restaurant that advertises dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Some of them certainly are, but unfortunately not this one. If I'd wanted frozen fries, I would have gone to McDonald's.
14/12/2025: A very bad breakfast experience, not because of the food or the rest of the staff—who are actually quite friendly—but because of the morning service manager.
As soon as a customer walked in, you could hear him sighing wearily, clearly annoyed. For almost 20 minutes, he loudly repeated every two minutes that he was going to close the service, even though there was still plenty of time left. No diplomacy, no sense of hospitality: this way of speaking to customers first thing in the morning is extremely stressful and inappropriate.
People come for breakfast to start the day calmly, not to be rushed, made to feel uncomfortable, and constantly reminded of the imminent closing time. The result: no pleasure in staying, just a heavy and unpleasant atmosphere.
It's a real shame, because the rest of the team is friendly, but with a team leader displaying such exasperation with customers, it's difficult to appreciate their friendliness. Avoid breakfast if you're looking for a quiet moment.

12/02/2026: CATASTROPHIC. We wanted to eat during the 11:00 seating, but the woman told us that service opened around 11:05. So we waited about ten minutes.
However, at 11:10, still not seeing that the restaurant was open, we spoke to another woman at the reception desk who was very unpleasant. She told us that the restaurant didn't open until 11:30??? The conversation was cut short by this woman who didn't even let us finish our sentence (even though their sign clearly states 11:00). Knowing that I had to work at 11:50, I wasted a lot of time for NOTHING (well, except for having very unpleasant interactions with the staff). I therefore do not recommend going there.

We are students at Jean Jaurès University and were subjected to extremely deplorable treatment during our second visit to the Blagnac campus restaurant.
My friend, simply wanting to use the microwave, was confronted by a cashier with long, curly black hair who literally threw her container down while speaking to her in a rude, contemptuous, and openly hostile tone. At the same time, another friend, who was waiting in line to pay for her meal, was also met with her sarcastic, aggressive, and clearly impatient attitude.
These repeated incidents, specifically targeting us, give us strong reason to believe this constitutes racial and gender discrimination. As students here to learn, we expected a minimum level of respect and professionalism from the staff of an educational institution—however, this employee completely disregarded her duties and displayed unacceptable condescension and animosity.
It is absolutely shocking that someone exhibiting such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution, which should be a place of kindness and inclusion. We demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate corrective measures to prevent other students from experiencing such humiliation. We do not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances until changes are made regarding staffing and the fight against discrimination.

We are students here to learn, and this employee—as a member of staff at an educational institution—is obligated to provide a minimum level of respect and professionalism. Nothing gives her the right to treat us with condescension or animosity. It is absolutely shocking that a person displaying such a lack of ethics and respect should work in an educational institution.
