From the warm welcome, through the presentation of the menu and the chef's suggestions highlighting local ingredients, to the service of beautifully prepared homemade dishes… perfect.
Thank you to the entire team at L’esprit du Sud-Ouest, so well represented in your establishment.
The decor is also much appreciated by aviation enthusiasts.

For us, the service was excessively slow in a very noisy dining room.
In short, not convinced...

The food is delicious, the welcome very warm, and it's a joy to be able to dine on a terrace sheltered from the noise of the street.

07/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant before catching our flight. What a pleasant surprise to find such a welcoming place! We ordered the set menu, which featured 100% homemade and delicious food. The manager and waiter were fantastic and always smiling. We highly recommend this restaurant.

02/12/2025: A very good family meal after visiting the museum. Unfortunately, the dish we chose was no longer available, but the replacement was very good. Excellent service.
13/11/2025: The dining room was lovely, but the waitress didn't take orders in the order they were received, so there was a wait at the start. The chicken and mushroom fusilli was quite good, although the mushrooms seemed to be frozen. The portion was rather small for pasta. The "café gourmand" was disappointing: a very dry chocolate cake with only three small pieces of fruit on top. Just fruit would have been better. The coffee wasn't good either. Overall, the experience could have been much better!

24/04/2026: Delicious pizzas and cocktails with a great terrace including sunset views.
17/03/2026: The service was atrocious. €18 for a pizza and one of the cooks was rude to us the whole time. He even made sure we didn't drink the water bottles we brought with us.
Anyway, the owner must be having some issues with his wife to be so bitter.

26/02/2026: €22 for a plate of frozen fish and chips. A huge disappointment for a restaurant that advertises dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Some of them certainly are, but unfortunately not this one. If I'd wanted frozen fries, I would have gone to McDonald's.

25/03/2026: One last day… one last shift… One last family meal… a wonderful ovation… A chapter closes with many emotions and beautiful memories. When you go to Flunch, it's not for the food, it's for the cafeteria atmosphere… I knew the one in Blagnac as a teenager; my son's first Flunch was when he was two months old… And it was a ritual… And now he's 12, and we wanted to be there one last time, to show our support for the staff… And it was very emotional and brought tears… I wish the whole team all the best for the future.

It's a shame that Flunch Blagnac is closing permanently at the end of March. We'll miss it. Why the closure, when the tables were always full at lunchtime?
