15/09/2026: Fantastic experience, the morning staff are lovely! Thank you!

08/09/2026: When you're on a six-hour drive, you stop to ask for coffee, pastries, and a warmed-up pizza, and you get a frosty reception from a young woman who clearly wasn't thrilled to have a customer this morning... I leave with a pizza I'd asked to be warmed up—meaning I was supposed to eat it right away—the bag is thrown against the window, and she says, "You have the coffee on the left," not even a thank you, not even a goodbye. I have to go back to ask for napkins to eat the pizza. They need to stop hiring people in retail who aren't good at what they do... a word to the wise.
