02/01/2026: Fantastic, thank you so much! The chef is a true professional, the rooms are spotless, the dining room is magnificent overlooking the Arzon River, and the portions are generous. On New Year's Eve, I was dining alone, and the chef prepared a beautiful platter for me, including foie gras, smoked salmon, and more. As a former caterer, I mean it: BRAVO, a true pro! I'll definitely be back soon.

01/10/2025: Our group of pilgrims on the road to Compostela, dripping with rain, was so kindly welcomed, even after hours! And that evening, the menu was excellent... Thank you again!
