We received a very warm welcome; there were six of us, and we were seated at a round table in the large, glass-walled room where you can admire a magnificent view. We opted for the six-course menu, which was excellent from start to finish. An amuse-bouche was served with the aperitif—a little marvel. The dishes were flavorful and well-seasoned, presented beautifully on exquisite tableware. A fine wine list is also available, with recommendations from the sommelier. Reservations are essential (expect months of waiting, especially for weekends).

Inventive and flavorful cuisine, quality ingredients, fast, friendly, and efficient service, a wine list with hidden gems just waiting to be discovered (my only criticism would be to expand it slightly to allow for even better food and wine pairings), and a pleasant setting with ample space and a comfortable noise level. 02/08/2026: Family restaurant. 2 staff. 1 in the kitchen and 1 in front of house. Continually changing menu. Lots of space between tables. More people could be fitted in but then staff would have to be employed. This way the menu can be adjusted to match produce available and clients get individual attention.
