09/11/2023: Traveling salesman, I discovered this establishment by chance during a business trip to Haute Saône. The calm of the place, the layout of the lodges, the evening stopover formula, everything is there! Valery is a quality host, with whom it is good to chat. For 3 years now I have chosen this place on each of my trips and have never been disappointed! As an epicurean, I send a special mention to Valery’s cooking! Very good and homemade, a delicacy that is increasingly rare to find today unfortunately. You will have understood, you can choose this hotel with your eyes closed! Matthew
