26/03/2024: We were given a gift voucher for Christmas. We wanted to book our service. Impossible to reach anyone by phone, you have to make the reservation via a QR code. Before sending my reservation request, I consult the booking site to check availability for the chosen date and this is the case. We validate our reservation request and receive an email indicating that the reservation will only be effective after validation by their service. The reception did not return until more than two weeks later, to inform us that our reservation was refused because the establishment was full on the chosen date, which, once again, was not the case when we we made the request. We have come to believe that this reservation was refused because it was made as part of a gift voucher. This date was the only one where we could take advantage of it because it suited both of our work schedules. We therefore ask that the person who gave us the gift voucher be reimbursed and invite you to better consider customers who come to you for a gift voucher or to stop issuing them!
