07/08/2026: I ate there at Easter for a birthday meal. Everything was excellent. The chef handles flavors and spices with delicacy and expertise. The cuisine is adapted to the time of year and the season. Her creativity allows her to meet the needs of customers with specific dietary requirements, like myself, who eats gluten-free. I'm very happy to have discovered this restaurant (I'm from Rouen).

03/05/2026: Dinner for two at the Auberge du Bois Prin restaurant. Peaceful setting, a little removed from the center of Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: An ideal location, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a Savoyard touch. The owner and chef, Lora, is extremely friendly and completely at ease with her guests. The cuisine is top-notch, the kidneys are breathtaking. If you want to spend a pleasant time, then you've come to the right place.

07/08/2026: Today's pizza is Margherita. As an Italian, I think this pizzeria is a must-visit for all lovers of good food and pizza. They have mastered the dough, carefully selected ingredients, and are attentive to their customers. A sunset over the sea and Albano's "Felicita" (Happiness) are a treat for everyone who eats here.

30/07/2026: A real treat! The menu is varied, everything is homemade and fresh, the service is impeccable, and the whole team is very kind and attentive. The terrace has a lovely view, making it very pleasant for an evening meal. A nice touch was the bowl of water that was brought for our dog without us even asking. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
