23/02/2026: Overall very good. The only downside was the night watchman.
I don't think you could find anyone more unpleasant.
Aggressive, disagreeable.
And in the morning, barely a hello.
10/02/2026: Amazing hotel, I highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly, the housekeepers are attentive to guests, and the reception staff are multilingual, which is really appreciated. The rooms are top-notch, pure bliss! I will definitely return.

19/03/2026: It's no longer the Pergola I knew, the restaurant has gone downmarket.
10/03/2026: Charming setting opposite the Ursine pond in Chaville, next to the forest. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and a very warm welcome. We returned for the second time, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time.
For your information, there's a set menu on Sundays (aperitif, main course, starter, dessert), which is very appealing.
The foie gras starter was excellent, the meats were very tender, and the desserts were simply divine, especially the profiteroles.
