06/04/2026: I had tuna as both a starter and main course. The starter was the highlight for me: small pieces of seared tuna with a salad, wasabi cream, and beetroot cream. Highly recommended. The main course was also delicious (see picture). Everyone else was satisfied as well. The set menu is very reasonably priced, and you get excellent quality. It's an upscale restaurant with very good food. If you're looking for good French cuisine, I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Benoît, in the kitchen, will take you on a culinary journey with a menu that changes every three months according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to try the tasting menu and let yourself be transported into the world of creative flavor pairings from Saint-Joseph. Personally, I recommend trusting Catherine and choosing the wine pairing. Always a wonderful experience! Remember to book ahead, as it's fully booked every day for lunch and dinner.
