30/07/2026: Cinq, near Gare de Clamart, is a small, chef-owned spot worth knowing about if you're in the area. We visited in June 2025 during Fête de la Musique.
We shared a few dishes for around €30-40 per person: a creamy mushroom penne with crispy red onion, shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper; a cured salmon starter with grapefruit, pomegranate and passion fruit that came across bright and citrusy rather than heavy; a smash-style cheeseburger with melted cheddar on a sesame brioche bun, served with roasted fondant potatoes; and a chili con carne over roasted eggplant and squash with guacamole, pico de gallo and a cabbage slaw — an unexpected combination that worked well. We also had an Apérol Spritz iced tea, a nice twist on the usual spritz.
What stood out most was the owner, who's also the head chef and clearly hands-on — he came by to check how the meal was going, which felt genuine rather than routine. Service was warm throughout. The space is small (I'd guess no more than 50 people at once) and nicely decorated without feeling fussy.
Worth knowing: the menu changes often, so don't go expecting these exact dishes — it's more a reflection of the kitchen's overall consistency than any one item.
I'd go back — the food held up across very different styles (pasta, seafood, burger, chili), and having the chef genuinely engage with diners is rare enough to matter.

26/09/2026: The setting is very pleasant, the decor is tastefully chosen, giving the establishment a lot of charm. The menu is original and delicious, and the parking lot right below is a real plus. We had a wonderful time.

27/09/2026: Perfection. I grew up in this crêperie; I have so many childhood memories there, birthdays celebrated, wonderful moments with family and friends. The crêpes have always been delicious, at very affordable prices. The owner is admirable; he used to just cook, and that was already a lot of work. Now, he manages everything: the phone calls, the cooking, the service, and all with a smile! Much respect to him and his incredible restaurant, which has truly left its mark on me. 🫶🏻

29/04/2026: Passing through Villacoublay for an evening, this small establishment is ideally located near the Ibis hotel. I received a very warm welcome, and the food is homemade.
I found it to be very good and excellent value for money.

24/08/2026: Another attempt at this pizzeria, and I'm very disappointed. I think we'll call it quits. I ordered delivery Sunday evening at 9:14 PM. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and understood French well. He initially said 30 minutes 😉, then corrected himself to 45 minutes 😬, and finally it took 1 hour and 3 minutes. Well, luckily it's August and Sunday evening. Otherwise, what must it be like during normal hours and days? 😂😂😂 Anyway, that's not the worst part. What bothers me most is that the pizzas arrive lukewarm, almost cold, and that ruins the whole experience. They're supposed to be a fast-food service; they should hire staff. A pizza like that doesn't reheat well; you lose all the flavor. It's a real shame for them. Oh well, you'll lose a lot of customers. Delivery to Lower Clamart and Upper Clamart (7 minutes by scooter) 👍👍😋 I hope I'm not the only one, but given all the bad reviews, and lastly, €41.98 for two large pizzas is expensive for frozen products. I'll stick with my local shop next door, an Italian pizza maker who uses fresh ingredients.
24/07/2026: Ordered online for pickup, pizza was right on time, place looked clean and staff was very friendly. Nothing bad to say about them honestly!

16/04/2026: Selling chilled wine with an extra charge of €1.10 per bottle, without any prior warning—absurd! I saw it the next day and went in to ask about it, and it was a huge surprise: no refund! I don't know where this internal regulation comes from, nor what consumer protection law applies to me, but I will probably be taking action.
