Everything is perfect, down to the smallest details (bed made again during the day, treats that follow one another in the room, etc.)
Staff attentive and attentive, while being discreet!
The spa is magnificent and the massage received is EXCEPTIONAL, and being in the profession, I am very demanding!!
Thank you to the whole team for this rejuvenating stay in this magnificent and relaxing setting!
23/11/2024: My friend and I stayed there 2 days ago. Not sure how they got such good review. The experience didn’t meet five star hotel standard at all. This was the worst for our whole Europe trip. Firstly, the room is big but very basic, even the door is brokering. Then, the service is very unprofessional. We checked in the first night, the reception was cold; then, they tried to charge us for included breakfast, and we waited almost 1 hour for our breakfast and they kept forgetting our order. We didn’t end up having it as we had a tight schedule, but they didn’t do anything with it (only said sorry). The management is very unorganised. Some people are nice to talk to, but I don’t think we would go back again.

Les employées sont absolument adorables et prévenantes, le gâteau frais et délicieux, ils sont attentifs à satisfaire les clients.

Toilet was broken... they immediately looked for a solution.
Pool was great after an 8 hour drive. Cool down...

22/08/2024: Notre avis sur le repas d'hier soir jeudi 1er Août 2024 au resto " l'ours qui boude" de Castelnau :
L'accueil : sympa
Les menus : Un bon choix d'entrées, de plats et de desserts.
* Les salades terre
* Les rognons de veau
* Le Tajine
* Les menus enfants onglet de veau ou pavé cabillaud
* Plat de legumes/patates douces
* L'Assiette Coquilles St Jacques...
Tous ces plats très bien cuisinés délicieux et copieux.
Vraiment tout le monde est contents de ces plats. Même les menus enfants (pas toujours faciles à satisfaire) !
Bons cocktails et copieux.
Les desserts : tout le monde très contents !
Bref nous vous recommandons ce petit resto qui ne paie pas de mine, mais le principal c'est ce qu'on a dans l'assiette !
Très bon rapport qualité/quantité/prix !
De Castelnau et de Montpellier : Bien dur on y retournera !

02/12/2024: Un restaurant qui propose des plats de qualité, dans un cadre charmant et avec un personnel sympathique. Même si je ne bois que de l eau et du coca, le vin servit aux convives a également été apprecié. 😉
25/10/2024: Très bon repas, choix d’une pièce de boucher, la viande (faux-filet) était excellente tout comme les desserts.
Service rapide et convivial.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
