29/04/2026: A fantastic discovery was electric scootering with TROTTUP in Frontignan on the 'Panoramic Raid Between Land & Sea'. A really fun way to explore the trails and cycle paths on a circuit linking the seafront, ponds, canals, fishermen's houses, vineyards, and woodlands... Thanks to Laura for guiding us with such good humor!

The cuisine is exquisite, with each dish revealing beautiful flavor combinations. The chef is a master of his craft, creating dishes that are both elegant and flavorful, a real treat for the taste buds. And because a good restaurant is also about atmosphere, the welcome and ambiance were equally delightful. A place I happily recommend, and above all… a restaurant I will definitely return to. I loved the variety of menus offered, each one different. There's something for every budget; for us, the hardest part was choosing! 😁 We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The service was perfect. The manager was incredibly accommodating, letting us use the terrace at the beginning of the evening, and then we finished the night in the downstairs room! I projected some games onto the TV and we ended with karaoke. I highly recommend it!

The open kitchens add a real dimension to the experience and allow you to see the team at work. The menu showcases numerous combinations of Mediterranean flavors. A particular favorite was the first course featuring asparagus, as well as the dessert combining chocolate, caramel, and black olives—an original and delicious combination. A wonderful discovery at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Montpellier.

18/07/2026: First, the place itself, which looks unassuming from the outside, is magical, especially the corridor leading to the dining room. Immerse yourself in the culinary world of the master chef Guillaume Leclere. His cuisine is inventive and uses seasonal and local ingredients. Some combinations might seem surprising or even shocking on paper, but they are simply brilliant. Currently, monkfish with Paimpol coconut cappuccino and sand with apricot are simply divine. I highly recommend this culinary journey into Leclere's universe.
