11/05/2026: It's a shame that the presentation and decoration of each dish overshadowed the taste and cooking of the ingredients. For example, the sweetbreads (in a modest portion) weren't as tender as they should have been, but rather overcooked, as were the mushrooms, which were also lukewarm compared to the accompanying mousseline.
