27/07/2026: A great stop in Saintes. Simple, good, and generous cuisine. Fast service. Friendly, pleasant, and smiling staff. Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: The food was good. The service was also good. However, the prices for additional items such as drinks could not be found outside of the wine list. This became apparent when the bill arrived. We didn't drink excessively; half a bottle of wine, an aperitif, and a bottle of water accounted for well over half the bill. The entrecote was medium, as requested. All in all, we had a delicious meal, but we were ripped off a bit.
