The cuisine is exciting and captivating, with incredible flavors, textures, and meticulous attention to detail in every dish. Each plate is a poem, a work of art, all served harmoniously, discreetly, and efficiently. Accompanied by a perfectly paired wine, expertly curated by the chef, it was an exemplary success. The synergy between this couple (him in the kitchen and her managing the dining room and wine cellar) makes this place truly exceptional. 21/07/2026: A fantastic find! We were greeted with a smile and given a table on the terrace (with two young children)! The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and the service very professional. No children's menu? No problem! The chef whipped up an excellent dish for us on the spot, completely free of charge. The food was excellent. The lunch menu is beautifully presented, and the value for money is unbeatable at €18 😳. Plus, I wasn't hungry after the meal. That's a definite plus! We'll definitely be back.

22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables. Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

It was a delightful experience, which I had described to my guest. However, we had a pleasant time with very friendly and attentive staff. I will return!

23/04/2026: Another excellent time at Le Paellou, as usual. The decor has been improved, although everything is always perfect at this establishment. The service, the atmosphere, the food—I've been going to Le Paellou for 20 years, and the service and cuisine remain impeccable. A visit to Le Paellou is a must for a guaranteed fantastic stay in Les Deux Alpes.

22/05/2026: Perfect... lovely staff, refined, generous, and beautifully presented cuisine, very pleasant setting. The only slight drawback was that my mashed potatoes accompanying the rack of lamb were barely warm. But overall, a big thumbs up!
