31/07/2026: After giving it a 5-star rating, I wanted to take a moment to say how fabulous this place is, both for its (homemade) cuisine and for the warm welcome and kindness of Sophie (the owner) and the waitress. The appetizers and desserts are served buffet-style, allowing you to sample a little of everything on offer. I should mention that you shouldn't go back for seconds (which is perfectly understandable). Everything is clearly explained beforehand. There were four of us, and we each ordered different hot dishes. Our taste buds were in heaven! 😋 Absolutely divine!! I highly recommend it! A huge congratulations to Chef Franck and the staff. 15/08/2026: We absolutely loved this restaurant and its owners, Yanne and Félix, who welcomed us with immense kindness. The food is truly gastronomic: the flavor combinations are original, delicious, and approachable, a far cry from stuffy, formal dining. We savored every bite from appetizer to dessert, with superb wine pairings. This couple's passion is contagious, and their joy in sharing their love of food makes the experience truly magical.

27/04/2026: Honestly, it was fantastic! We came with a group of 12 people the last weekend of winter, and the staff who served us were absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: My 8-year-old son's review: The meal was very good (I had the chicken and chorizo ​​skewers). The presentation was precise. The dessert was also very good and generous, just like the main course. The staff is very friendly.

22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables. Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

01/09/2026: This is our second time dining at La Guinguette, and we're already thinking... when will we be back?! We left completely satisfied with the food and relaxed by the peaceful terrace and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. It's the only restaurant I know where they let you taste two or three wines before you choose the one you want! Keep up the good work.

We ordered the menu at 45 euros, with starter/main course and dessert. The food was really good, with lot of variety on the menu. I got some traditional ham as starter, fish for main meal and raspberry tart for dessert. tasty and reasonably copious, great presentation. We ate inside, really nice ambience, spacious and quiet. Highly Recommended!

04/08/2026: It's too much. They should mention that the starter is a main course. The starter with the roast beef was very good. However, the main course (the chicken mousseline) was too salty. That's a shame.

Napoleon was a great find. A location set back from the main road, a pleasant terrace or dining room, and a menu where everything looks tempting. Special mention for the Revard wine, especially since I was used to Mont Dore! 😊 As you can see, it's a mistake to come to Lanslebourg WITHOUT stopping at Napoleon! A lovely encounter, an excellent meal, a wonderful evening. What more could you ask for?
