And if you're like me and love sweet and savory combinations, they don't just do that, but they excel at it. A glass of Maury with the cheese "my way" is pure bliss for the taste buds. 22/04/2026: It's truly a home-style kitchen, run by the chef and his wife, offering delicious dishes. We tried their signature dish, "lamb shank," as well as the beef dish served on skewers. Both dishes were tasty; however, at €27 each, we expected a more generous portion (especially the skewer). Furthermore, the dishes didn't come with any vegetables. Aside from that, the welcome was very warm and the service was quick.

The service, the atmosphere, the food—I've been going to Le Paellou for 20 years, and the service and cuisine remain impeccable. A visit to Le Paellou is a must for a guaranteed fantastic stay in Les Deux Alpes.

It was a delightful experience, which I had described to my guest. However, we had a pleasant time with very friendly and attentive staff. I will return!
