As someone accustomed to dining at top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants, I was genuinely impressed by the chef's creativity and mastery. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, showcasing a true attention to textures, flavors, and the highlighting of local Jura produce. The €80 menu offers exceptional value, as does the perfectly curated €35 ​​wine pairing. The setting is elegant, and the service is warm and attentive. We all had a truly memorable time. This restaurant richly deserves its star and, in my opinion, could easily earn a second. Keep up the good work!

The service is impeccable, the dishes are all equally wonderful, a marvelous journey for the taste buds. The wine list is also magnificent. I highly recommend this beautiful establishment, run entirely by passionate people. Long live La Table du Grapiot! The first Michelin star of the 2026 class is richly deserved.
