31/01/2026: Stopped here overnight on our way from Switzerland in November, an amazing spot with some outstanding food, the service was impeccable and we enjoyed the chance to try different wines from the area. 21/12/2025: This is an exceptional place. The restaurant and service is outstanding and yet manages to be unpretentious. As someone who is gluten intolerant it is one of the few establishments I have come across in France who take pride in not just accommodating the dietary preference but ensuring they had prepared special amuse bouche without gluten. It is a reflection of the care and attention to detail they take. Worth making a detour to visit (even if you are not gluten intolerant!).
