24/05/2026: The meal was very good, especially the fish: the Arctic char cooked in Savagnin butter with a fir and verbena sauce was a delight.

09/03/2026: Everything was excellent! The hotel has a beautiful location; the rooms are very clean and well-equipped.
In the evening, we enjoyed a set menu that was very well prepared and tasted delicious. The prices for both the food and the room were fair!
06/03/2026: Nice, but it's become very expensive this year (2026). There are much cheaper options in Dole.
