27/05/2026: A place to avoid. I went to pick up a package at this place with questionable hygiene. The manager told me she didn't have my package. After calling Chronopost, they confirmed that my package had indeed arrived and had even been picked up! By whom? We don't know, certainly not me. So I went back to the tobacconist to ask again if she had found my package. She told me no, that she didn't have it. I then confronted her, saying, "You DON'T HAVE IT ANYMORE!" and gave her the exact dates and times: package dropped off on Wednesday at such and such a time, then strangely picked up at such and such a time. The manager's response: "Yes, yes, well, I must have given it to someone else, to err is human... And if people were honest, they would have returned it. File a complaint, you'll be reimbursed." “No apology for HER mistake, when the package should have been delivered with a QR code or, at the very least, a piece of identification. It’s professional misconduct. Furthermore, I wasn’t even able to get a refund because of her error, which doesn’t seem to bother her at all. In fact, she kept repeating that she was going to change jobs soon and close the business, so it was “the least of her worries.” It’s a disgrace, and I mean it. I never leave reviews because I often find it inappropriate, and some people abuse it. However, it’s important to report such behavior.”
