23/03/2026: A very pleasant place, with clean and modern decor, just like the cuisine. Each dish is a work of art, a gentle explosion of delicate flavors in the mouth. Excellent wine pairings were recommended for each course. There were 12 of us, and we were all delighted with this exceptional lunch. I highly recommend it.

The welcome was superb, the waiter very professional and especially attentive, and what can I say about the food? A real treat! The seasonings were perfect, the portions exactly right—what more could you ask for? The price is very reasonable, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if you want to have a wonderful time.

26/04/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience. Inventive cuisine that showcases local ingredients with finesse. The boat trip on the Loire was full of delightful and delicate surprises. The bubbles of Chenin Blanc made our taste buds dance throughout the tasting. A truly beautiful moment. Despite its original Japanese-inspired decor, the dining room is a little disappointing. And that's the only slight drawback. We eagerly await a new setting that will better showcase the chefs' cuisine.

09/04/2026: First, the owner greets you with a hello and a handshake. He uses the informal "tu" form, and personally, I found this friendly atmosphere very pleasant! It feels like being at home. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat menu with appetizers, main courses, and desserts. There's a wide selection. And the food is very good. I recommend it.

16/04/2026: The restaurant is really well hidden; you don't stumble upon it randomly, and you need a car to get there. Their online reservation system works perfectly. We had a high chair for our toddler. The dishes are delicious; it's French cuisine, and the ingredients are surprising and delightful.

29/04/2026: 😭 What a shame, the technique doesn't live up to the promises. 💶 A bill of €170 for three people (including €45 for wine) for a disappointing experience considering the restaurant's credentials. 🧑‍🍳 Food: For a "Maître-Restaurateur" establishment, the technical skill was lacking. The portion of sea bass was very small (80g), the risotto was bland, and the vegetables were stuck to the plate because they had dried out in the oven before serving. As for the pastries, the tartlet's crust was too hard, and the diplomat cream lacked depth. 👀 Service: While the owner's welcome was warm, the contrast was stark with the chef, who served the dishes without even a greeting. We had to ask for our coffees and close the door ourselves, which had been left open (it was cold and full of mosquitoes). 🤔 Conclusion: The "100% Good" and "Homemade" concept is a nice promise, but the execution in the kitchen and the attention to detail (comfort, chef's welcome) don't justify the price. We expected better from such a brand.
