Alain showed us around.
We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gaetan Duculty, a truly passionate and engaging man.
We came to have a wonderful day, and we certainly did.
The foodies left delighted.
We highly recommend it, of course.

I would like to personally thank a server who highly recommended this trout entrecôte and this ice-cold mint infusion 🤣🤣🤣. I highly recommend this restaurant 😉
