The all-in-one has its limits, and we will continue to discover it together... 2 - PROFESSIONALISM: We ask Bénédicte to be reassured about the locations for the photo shoot with respect to the people there. We understand that we annoy him. But really. The answer was "There are 7 hectares, that's not my problem. At worst, do it elsewhere." 3 - CUISINE: Being vegetarians, we ask for adaptations, and then we discover that the team only knows how to use culinary skills inferior to ours (and we are not in the profession). So if you are vegetarian, here is what we will offer you: Carrots and green beans, for your wedding. It makes you want. Let's not forget the little vegetable gratin to obtain a squared vegetable formula. We will notice the originality. 4 - ADAPTABILITY: it sells itself as culinary talent to adapt to vegans, gluten-free, etc. But it doesn't "know how to cook Italian". We are perhaps too demanding, we asked for a risotto. A messy risotto! Bénédicte, you have to learn how to make risotto. And when newlyweds are so constrained that they are reduced to asking for risotto, it stinks and we must react. 5 - INSULTANT: Access to the area is from 5 p.m. If we come before, it's called "a lack of respect for the staff" according to Bénédicte. Ask yourself in the meantime, even if it rains. Any other location will offer you access the day before to optimize your welcome. She even suggested that we go bowling between the wedding at the town hall and the party at the estate, to keep everyone busy in case of bad weather. 11/02/2024: Nice place, the parking would need to be reviewed but there is space. The service is TOP, the staff are up to the task but not very smiling. The cuisine is delicious.
