06/04/2024: Arriving via Hazard in this stopover village to find a restaurant, we enjoyed dinner at the Citadelle. Very good service, excellent meal, excellent value for money. I recommend this restaurant.
03/03/2024: We liked the location of the hotel.
The catering is also very good.
The renovation of the rooms is very good because it was needed. Remains the air conditioning because July August now there are very hot days. At the end of last August a peak of 40, it's very hot!!!

Hotel Le Portalou Restaurant
La Canourgue
26/03/2024: reservation made 4 days before our arrival, on the road on Tuesday March 12, a call from the hotel told us that it would not be open before 6 p.m.!! then to tell us that the catering service will also be closed!!?
and to top it off, no breakfast the next morning served before 8:30 or 9 a.m.
Total rubbish! they're making fun of us !
The manager with whom we spoke is overwhelmed, tired and without staff, I advised her to stop her activity for her health.
03/02/2024: Very warm welcome by the manager, who kindly awaited our late arrival and gave us advice and good addresses. The old-fashioned room is clean and spacious. The village is magnificent!
