12/03/2026: While in the area for a week-long business trip, I ate at La Scierie several evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; the food was excellent, high quality, and the portions were generous. The owner, waiters, and customers were all very friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

15/03/2026: I already knew the place a little, having been there for work, but this time I brought my wife and son, and I have absolutely no regrets. My wife and son ordered a salmon pizza and a four-cheese pizza, both excellent. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, and you'd usually leave the crust on, but not this time. I had a ribeye steak, which was... wow, absolutely divine! So incredibly tender, cooked to a perfect medium-rare. My wife even asked if it was cooked to my liking, something you don't always ask in restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful meal. Keep up the good work! 😉
