22/08/2026: Always a very warm welcome, the food is delicious. I highly recommend it!

20/08/2026: Finally, a burger served without fries! The summer burger was excellent, served with salad and sautéed potatoes. After a successful first experience with a salad made with good ingredients, I'll be back. The advantage of this place, even if you don't eat raclette or fondue, is that the products are high quality and the service is top-notch. Not to mention the soundtrack (era or blues 😉). A place worth trying.

26/06/2026: A superb crêperie!! I was looking for a cozy place during my trip to Angers. It was my first time eating out alone, but the waiter made me feel very comfortable; he was incredibly helpful and kind! As for the crêpes: I ordered an Angevine, which allowed me to discover a local specialty! It was very generously filled!! And for dessert, a honey-lemon crêpe, my favorite combination 😍 A wonderful experience, which gave me a great ending to my last day in Angers ☀️ I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm ever in the area again 🫶🏻 Thank you for the warm welcome, Lucie

04/09/2026: An incredible experience on every level! My fiancée and I stumbled upon this restaurant during our vacation, and it was clearly the best restaurant of our entire trip! Perfect atmosphere, impeccable service, excellent food and wine, and fantastic value for money! Highly recommended!

10/08/2026: I had the Egg, Ham, and Cheese Galette, and I liked the crispy exterior and chewy texture. The cheese and ham paired well with the egg, making it delicious. It is a dish perfect for a light brunch or lunch. The server also welcomed me kindly, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably. I had absolutely no trouble communicating in English. If you are visiting the area, be sure to stop by.

24/08/2026: A refined, flavorful, and surprising cuisine. Fresh, seasonal, local, and organic ingredients throughout. The combination of flavors, like the verbena-infused eggplant or the oven-baked and then finished sweet potato purée, was truly special. The bread is homemade. It would take too long to describe... Come and taste for yourself. We highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: An intimate and subtle restaurant. The dishes are exquisite and meticulously prepared. The flavors are stunning. Everything is delicious. The service is elegant and refined. I am completely charmed. It's an address you almost hesitate to share because you want to keep it a secret.

30/07/2026: Fantastic concept! Surprising, delicious, and original, this experience offers a unique way to discover the region's culinary specialties as well as its troglodyte dwellings and villages. In the middle of your meal, you're invited to explore the troglodyte village surrounding the restaurant. Be aware that the set menu might be surprising, but it's what makes the concept so original and authentic.

04/09/2026: Excellent experience! The galettes/crepes are always top-notch, excellent value for money, and the team is amazing. Special mention to the employee with a great sense of humor. We'll be back for this "eighth chance" 😄 I highly recommend it! ^^

30/08/2026: We had a mountain galette and escargot. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food is delicious. The service is quick and impeccable. Friendly and family-oriented, the waitresses are very kind and attentive to their customers' well-being! I recommend it :)

18/07/2026: I stopped by for a quick coffee in the early afternoon of July 16th. I waited at the entrance, said hello, and a manager told me to take a seat. After waiting for a while, I did. I saw several waiters and waitresses walk past me without saying a word. I finally gestured, and a waiter approached and said "Hello" in a mocking tone, as if to imply that I should have said hello, even though I had done so upon entering. I told him I would like a coffee and a drink, please. He went to find a colleague and seemed to be ignoring me (I didn't understand). Five minutes later, he returned and asked for my order again. A little while later, he came back without my coffee but asked me to pay. Surprised, I replied, "But I don't have my coffee!" He responded, "That's how it is here." I agreed to pay, especially since I was sitting on the terrace, but I wanted my coffee to be there. Don't make a fuss, I want to pay. I give him €10.20 for a €2.10 coffee. He doesn't want cash and asks for my bank card. I tell him I don't have my card on me. I've never seen anything like it! Either he didn't know how to give change, especially with the exact amount! It's outrageous. Anyway, I left, and when he saw me leaving, he said, "Wait, I'll ask my colleagues if they have any." I think all this drama just for a coffee is ridiculous. And I was really polite, and I didn't even get angry 😒, even though I could have. I went to get my coffee next door at the pub. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly, and I paid with my €10 note without any problem. Where is the Café du Théâtre I knew? It's so sad 😥 Keep an eye on your employees, and I certainly won't be advertising.

12/07/2026: A little disappointed with our last amateur show, where most of the friends who were with us dozed off. The actors are very good in their own way, but not up to the standards of the restaurant-theater.
