We had a great time with delicious dishes both visually and tastefully.
I recommend it to you++++
03/02/2024: It's too refined for me.
I have a sweet tooth. For example, for this dessert including kiwi and meringue, the quantities are so tiny that I remained frustrated. There is a lot of work that goes into all the dishes, for me simpler is better. The meat was cooked perfectly, pink, tender, well done!
I'll try again at lunchtime, maybe it's simpler. Thank you for your good mood.

Very beautiful room on the banks of the Louet, excellent welcome and service. A disappointment with the sweetbreads, a complicated recipe but not very tasty.
03/04/2024: We went to the restaurant and what a marvel! A very beautiful place and excellent and very warm service. Very well made dishes, full of good flavors, a little extra for the incredible lobster served as a starter 🤩🤩, a real delight! Not disappointed at all, I hope to come back very soon!

05/04/2024: The quality/price ratio is not up to par regarding the room (too simplistic...degraded curtain, 1 pillow, cramped bathroom and dirty side window outside), the welcome, the catering and the service are perfect. ..I will reiterate during my next visit...
19/03/2024: I stayed in this hotel with a stopover package (dinner, night, breakfast).
semi-gastronomic meal at dinner, sophisticated presentation, quality dishes. Very varied breakfast.
Spacious hotel room, clean, good bedding, large shower.
