31/03/2024: I am very disappointed, I was a regular at this restaurant. We arrived at 1:45 p.m. and our dishes arrived only at 3:25 p.m. Fortunately we had taken a board as a starter because it was a very long wait. Big Surprise when we had our plates, there were 4 of us who had a rib steak with fries and even though the meat was good the fries were more than cooked and especially no longer the taste of potatoes. No commercial gesture was made even though we did not eat the fries so much that they were inedible.

14/03/2024: We arrive with a friend for dinner on a Thursday in March at 7:00 p.m. No one yet in the dining room. Small fire in the fireplace. The daily menu displayed is very tempting at €31. We choose it before even seeing the card! Within fifteen minutes two or three couples of regulars and another of Americans arrived. Top service: simple, friendly, smiling. The warm and unpretentious place: pleasant where you feel good. Above all... Remarkable cuisine (a parsnip velouté with hazelnuts, a perfect pork tenderloin and an exceptional vegetable julienne, a Calvados ice parfait with meringues). When it was time to pay, I was ecstatic about the value for money... and the neighbor turned around and said to me: the cook worked for a Michelin-starred restaurant and his thing is desserts: you should have taken the Paris Brest! Never mind ! We're sharing one with my friend: if you follow my advice... reply to me here to tell me what you think! Addition for two: 2 x €31 + €7 for two Paris Brest cabbages, for the Parisian that I am, this is unheard of! A really pleasant moment! (So… my friend and I who were doing reconnaissance in the area for an association decided to organize a lunch here for 45 people that we had initially planned elsewhere)
