26/08/2026: Visually, it's magnificent: veritable works of art on a plate. And in terms of taste, it's simply exceptional. The chef elevates the mushrooms with remarkable skill. As for the setting, its colors beautifully evoke the world of the forest.

The chef brilliantly rose to the challenge of creating two vegetarian and two classic versions of the Janne menu for our table, all while preserving the harmony and spirit of the original menu. Once again, it was a true sensory journey. First, the eyes are filled with wonder, then the aromas awaken the senses, before the flavors elevate the palate… to pure ecstasy. 07/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. The rack of salt marsh lamb was divine. We received a very warm welcome. This is a place to recommend when visiting Mont-Saint-Michel.

03/09/2026: After 9 p.m., without a reservation, it was difficult to find a restaurant in Avranches that would serve us. After several attempts, a young woman warmly welcomed us to Bistro de Pierre. The food was excellent, with guaranteed freshness. My companion ordered a generous portion of fisherman's salad. If we're ever back in Avranches, we'll definitely stop there. A nice touch: cloth tablecloths and napkins. Best wishes for the end of the season to the whole team... Maryline

Respect to the person in charge of the flames, because upon closer observation, they seem to orchestrate many things, ensuring that everything fits together perfectly, like a conductor leading their musicians. 09/08/2026: We came to Cherbourg for a holiday and to explore the area, but I was a bit disappointed with the service, which I found completely unprofessional. The waitresses were clearly drinking right next to us. I ordered a glass of dry white wine, and they served me a semi-dry one. When I told them I knew a lot about wine, they even had the nerve to tell me they didn't know why they'd given it to me because it was "disgusting." A bit disappointed, I won't be back.
