22/12/2025: A gourmet restaurant where you can taste different champagnes (with explanations). Very pleasant decor and setting.
22/12/2025: We had a reservation for December 22nd at noon. The reservation was confirmed by phone.
When we arrived on the day, the four of us found the restaurant closed.
We will not be repeating this experience; we were not informed in any way beforehand.
This is completely unacceptable customer service.

03/03/2026: Ideally located, not far from the Milesium (concert hall).
The rooms are outdated, the carpet is dirty, there's no light in the toilet, the flush button doesn't work, the skylight blind is broken and has been replaced with a curtain, it's close to the road and the soundproofing isn't great.... The bread is frozen and there isn't enough for breakfast.... Breakfast is expensive for what's offered....
09/11/2025: The rooms are in dire need of renovation.
The shower was broken, but the food was okay.
The staff was friendly.

18/06/2025: I booked this hotel for a work trip with some clients. We couldn’t book Les Haras as it was full but this seemed good from our research. Upon arriving we realised this was a huge mistake. The hotel looks like a French Ibis il be honest. The staff were extremely rude (except Shaima, she was lovely to us all) but the two older gents were clueless and rude. The air con didn’t work, the showers didn’t go hot. There was one iron to share across the hotel (9 of us on this trip all needed the iron).
To make all this worse, after the cleaners came in I noticed my ring had gone missing and so did some euros. I contacted Xavier and he completely dismissed me and done nothing to help.
I will be doing everything in my power to ensure people stop booking at this hotel as it’s not safe for your belongings and it’s an awful stay to say the least
14/06/2025: Our cash got stolen from this hotel ! !
Nice view however we got stolen cash 300 euros. We never asked for cleaning however our room was wide open when we are back in the room and seems cleaner went to lunch and money was gone! Planning to call police tomorrow.
1
