22/02/2026: I felt disrespected. When I got to the drive-thru, I waited for someone to speak to me. I heard someone talking, but not to me. I thought maybe they said I should wait a bit so I could go straight to the checkout. I waited anyway, then decided to go directly to the register. To my surprise, there was no one there to greet me. I left, went around again, and still nothing. No one spoke to me at the kiosk. I waited and waited and waited for someone to speak, but not to me. They were probably out partying.

22/02/2026: It's a disgrace! I was served a cold Big King burger, and when I asked for a replacement, they told me it was normal because it had just been made (who are they kidding?). They showed me a microwave and basically told me to figure it out myself. So we pay to eat cold food! You need to rein in your employees who are more interested in chatting and laughing than doing their jobs! Avoid this place; the service is terrible. They can't even serve a hot burger, and what's more, it looks questionable—you wonder if it's from the day before!
