20/04/2026: We booked this restaurant yesterday because it's located near the Charles the Bold cycle route, and it was a wonderful discovery! A warm and friendly welcome (despite the restaurant being full), attentive service from the manager, local and artisanal cuisine with a varied menu, and good value for money. The meal and wines were delicious. A great find!

The seasonal produce was of exceptional quality, the cooking was perfect, the dishes refined, and the service impeccable. The chef even came to chat with his guests; you could feel his passion for the ingredients. Highly recommended.

16/04/2026: I went for lunch alone today. The €30 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is excellent. Great value for money. The trout starter was perfectly cooked, the beef for the main course was cooked exactly as I wanted it (I chose medium), and the French toast for dessert was superb. The service was perfect. A great place.

22/03/2026: We were curious to try this restaurant we'd heard about, and we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a wonderful discovery: original flavors, carefully prepared, and a genuine desire to make the meal a complete experience. The menu prices are also very reasonable. Special mention goes to my dish: being vegetarian, and with no dedicated vegetarian option available, the team prepared a delicious dish for me using seasonal vegetables, accompanied by polenta and remarkable sauces. I highly recommend this restaurant.

16/03/2026: First visit to La Table à Victor since the change of chef. The welcome from the restaurant's iconic waiter was as warm as ever. The menu has changed very little, with the meat dishes remaining exceptional. The wine pairing recommendations were always excellent. If we hadn't known the chef had changed, we wouldn't have noticed the difference. Excellent value for money, making this restaurant one of the best in the area!

The refined and delicate dishes are served by a super friendly duo who don't hesitate to raise their voices to sing "Happy Birthday," which is then joined by the whole room. 16/05/2026: My first Michelin-starred experience. The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the carrot starter and all its variations. The wine pairings were far more surprising than the prestige wines. However, since I tend to tire of white wines quickly, I ordered red for my third glass (the menu included four glasses of wine). I would have preferred to be seated in the main dining room for the ambiance and setting, but I should have mentioned that. Perhaps next time.

21/04/2026: Friendly welcome. Tempting daily menu. Very good cocktails, but slow service even though it wasn't too busy. The problem was in the kitchen, not with the servers. Also, the shredded beef in the tacos was cold; luckily the side dish was piping hot. Otherwise, it was very good and well-presented. The appetizers and desserts were very good.

19/04/2026: Refined cuisine featuring seasonal and market-fresh produce. There's something for everyone, and even my teenagers enjoyed it! We had a wonderful meal; the service was discreet, pleasant, and efficient. The added bonus: the wine pairings were superb.

08/03/2026: We've already had several family meals at this restaurant where the service and food are always excellent. The clientele is mostly older regulars, which is a guarantee of authenticity and quality. That said, the prices have increased significantly...

09/05/2026: An exceptional place. Reservations are essential. The wood-fired oven is cooked to perfection. Seated at the tables facing the counter, I was able to witness every step of the process: the person in charge of the oven cooking, those preparing the side dishes, the plating, etc., and I saw the plates being prepared. The bone marrow is a must-try. On our plates, we enjoyed the butcher's cut and calf's liver, along with the cauliflower gratin. A real treat. The strawberries were superb. The whipped cream was delicious. The dishes are delicious and generous. Enjoy the photos and go experience it for yourself.
