The menu is original and well-thought-out, but we were really disappointed with our meat (Argentine beef), both in terms of quality and cooking, which didn't meet our expectations. We had to send our dishes back to have them cooked properly, an issue that seemed to affect other tables as well. The setting is very nice, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service good. One small drawback: the amuse-bouche could have been presented more elegantly. Overall, a good experience, despite this disappointing point about the meat. However, our disappointment wasn't solely due to the cooking, but also to the texture and tenderness of the beef. We don't claim to be able to definitively determine the source of the problem, but we feel it's important to share our feedback on the quality of the meat served. Requesting an adjustment to the cooking time doesn't mean our comment was solely about that. 18/09/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't find the food very tasty. Maybe we also made the wrong choice.

16/09/2026: A very nice place with attentive staff. However, the value for money is average; €30 per dish is excessive considering the quantity and the quality of the food. Furthermore, the vegetables were poorly cooked; one potato was undercooked and difficult to eat, and this was the case for all four plates. The charcuterie board for sharing was the same story: at €16.50, the portion was far too small. It's a shame, as the menu was promising and the decor very pleasant. I won't be returning.

18/10/2026: Finally, a restaurant where the owner greets you, creating a connection. Authentic cuisine, simple and efficient, unpretentious but simply good. Perfectly cooked to order. Traditional meat dishes, steak tartare prepared fresh to order, daily specials (starter, main course, dessert) – excellent value for money. A great atmosphere, like in a restaurant with regulars, and regulars mean good food.

12/10/2026: We came on Saturday with about 20 people. The food was excellent, the sauces delicious, the homemade mayonnaise to die for, and the staff were very friendly and humorous throughout. The service was quick and organized despite 20 different orders and changes of mind. Even the non-specialty dishes (like the salmon steak) were delicious, served with sautéed potatoes. They even had a few non-alcoholic drinks, even if we did get teased a bit (all in good fun! 😂)

The presentation of the dishes was exquisite, and everything was delicious. We were seated promptly. The welcome and service throughout our meal from our waiter were superb; he was very friendly, attentive, and readily available. We highly recommend this establishment. We look forward to your next visit to Nancy.

When we make our reservations, we always request a quiet table due to my hearing impairment, and the staff always takes this request into account. I really appreciate that. 10/10/2026: We came here during a visit to Nancy. Beautiful place, good food, but our wine with the main course did not arrive, despite the fact that we had discussed it with the sommelier. When we made a point, it was dismissed as a minor oversight. That was it; our appetite for dessert was gone. I would surely expect salt and pepper and some butter or olive oil on the table in this genre of restaurant, especially considering the price. There is clearly still work to be done on the organization in the dining room.
