The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I had the opportunity to visit Mance, a place many people had already recommended, and I'm so glad I did! 👍 The food was excellent 🧑🍳, original yet not over the top, perfectly cooked, with very friendly and courteous service and a lovely atmosphere. The value for money is exceptional, and as a bonus, the glassware is magnificent – a real pleasure to enjoy a good wine in such elegant glasses.
So don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! 🙏

16/03/2026: First visit to La Table à Victor since the change of chef. The welcome from the restaurant's iconic waiter was as warm as ever. The menu has changed very little, with the meat dishes remaining exceptional. The wine pairing recommendations were always excellent. If we hadn't known the chef had changed, we wouldn't have noticed the difference. Excellent value for money, making this restaurant one of the best in the area!
07/03/2026: An exceptional establishment that tells a story.
The refined and delicate dishes are served by a super friendly duo who don't hesitate to raise their voices to sing "Happy Birthday," which is then joined by the whole room.
Thank you for the candle and for this wonderful discovery. My first time here.
There will certainly be others.

03/06/2026: Having recently moved to Nancy, I tried Capu with my daughter. What a wonderful discovery! From the excellent service to the lovely and pleasant setting, everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious. The icing on the cake was that the chef came to the dining room to make sure everything was alright.
A truly excellent experience that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.

16/05/2026: My first Michelin-starred experience. The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the carrot starter and all its variations. The wine pairings were far more surprising than the prestige wines. However, since I tend to tire of white wines quickly, I ordered red for my third glass (the menu included four glasses of wine).
I would have preferred to be seated in the main dining room for the ambiance and setting, but I should have mentioned that. Perhaps next time.
16/05/2026: Excellent cuisine, refined and original. The service was a little too "intrusive" for my taste, but that might suit others perfectly.

Whenever we want to eat out, we come here because we know we'll eat very well and receive a warm welcome.
When we make our reservations, we always request a quiet table due to my hearing impairment, and the staff always takes this request into account. I really appreciate that.
For that reason alone, this restaurant is my favorite place 😍 Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the consistently delicious food, no matter when we come. 🫶🏻🫶🏻
