The menu has just the right amount of choice, something for everyone. The welcome was excellent; you went out of your way to make sure everything went smoothly, and the chef was available to thank us.

20/04/2026: We booked this restaurant yesterday because it's located near the Charles the Bold cycle route, and it was a wonderful discovery!
A warm and friendly welcome (despite the restaurant being full), attentive service from the manager, local and artisanal cuisine with a varied menu, and good value for money.
The meal and wines were delicious. A great find!

16/04/2026: I went for lunch alone today. The €30 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is excellent. Great value for money. The trout starter was perfectly cooked, the beef for the main course was cooked exactly as I wanted it (I chose medium), and the French toast for dessert was superb.
The service was perfect. A great place.

I had the opportunity to visit Mance, a place many people had already recommended, and I'm so glad I did! 👍 The food was excellent 🧑🍳, original yet not over the top, perfectly cooked, with very friendly and courteous service and a lovely atmosphere. The value for money is exceptional, and as a bonus, the glassware is magnificent – a real pleasure to enjoy a good wine in such elegant glasses.
So don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed! 🙏

16/03/2026: First visit to La Table à Victor since the change of chef. The welcome from the restaurant's iconic waiter was as warm as ever. The menu has changed very little, with the meat dishes remaining exceptional. The wine pairing recommendations were always excellent. If we hadn't known the chef had changed, we wouldn't have noticed the difference. Excellent value for money, making this restaurant one of the best in the area!
07/03/2026: An exceptional establishment that tells a story.
The refined and delicate dishes are served by a super friendly duo who don't hesitate to raise their voices to sing "Happy Birthday," which is then joined by the whole room.
Thank you for the candle and for this wonderful discovery. My first time here.
There will certainly be others.

16/05/2026: My first Michelin-starred experience. The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the carrot starter and all its variations. The wine pairings were far more surprising than the prestige wines. However, since I tend to tire of white wines quickly, I ordered red for my third glass (the menu included four glasses of wine).
I would have preferred to be seated in the main dining room for the ambiance and setting, but I should have mentioned that. Perhaps next time.
16/05/2026: Excellent cuisine, refined and original. The service was a little too "intrusive" for my taste, but that might suit others perfectly.
