18/03/2024: The interior is very pleasant, a small, quite intimate room welcomes us. The staff is always friendly. The menu is really varied, it changes according to the seasons. I suggest you go there at least once in your life!

19/03/2024: Restaurant discovered following the Grand Est eloquence prize awarded by Gault & Millau to the room manager. Great gastronomic discovery, good seasonings. Noble products are highlighted and there is a search for identity on the part of the chef. Large menu at 120€. Classic and gourmet cuisine. The wine list is complete with great references, a fairly classic choice by the glass in the regions but with winegrowers to discover. Discussion with the chef at the end of the shift and the room manager. THANKS

31/03/2024: Wines and Toasts, everything is said. Go there with that in mind and the map will do the job. The atmosphere of the vaulted room is pleasant. A good evening but no need to do it every year.

22/03/2024: We went to this restaurant based on the excellent reviews… but we were disappointed. Very friendly welcome and a promising start to the meal with the salmon millefeuille and shrimp and zucchini. But the rest leaves something to be desired (the crispy chicken and foie gras is not seasoned and the foie gras only has the title). The salmon Parmentier is decent but for dishes costing €15 it remains average. The raspberry Liège was tasty but was actually a soup, and the crumble very doughy.

04/04/2024: Perfect ! The decoration is really tasteful. The cuisine is delicious whether it is the main course or the dessert (small preference for dessert the apple and almond was really delicious). The service is really top notch with appetizers between the different dishes which are very good and very appreciated. The different servers and hosts are all very pleasant (even the little apprentices are also very friendly). I highly recommend this restaurant!

18/03/2024: Restaurateur for over twenty years. I have rarely had such a pleasant experience. Very good service in the room, local cuisine but careful and refined. Calf's head which reminded me of my grandmother's. (Grandmother's was obviously better 😁). Bravo to the chef who offers a very beautiful, well-composed menu. I learn more from you than just you to do your services...well done. We will come back without hesitation. I forgot, icing on the cake, fair price.

01/04/2024: We are never disappointed here. The food is always excellent, the welcome is warm... I don't even have anything to complain about since everything is perfect! A tip: if you like sweet/salty, take the honey sauce with the shallot tab my way (a delight) 👏

26/03/2024: We arrived, our table was not yet available, we sat at the bar and the owner kindly offered us an aperitif. Then the Couscous with kofta for my part was extremely excellent...and the same for the 3 people with me. I think it's the best around.

08/01/2024: I only saw one downside in this pleasant moment, the price of the drinks compared to the price of the menu itself. Apart from this aspect, the meal was very good, with some interesting discoveries. And the tables are relatively spaced apart, giving everyone the opportunity to express themselves without disturbing their neighbors. A great time spent with colleagues, to be enjoyed again as a family without hesitation.

02/04/2024: The place is known to all the local residents. The facade is simple but once inside, you appreciate the very relaxed setting, no superfluous fuss, the best is on the plate. The menu does not present forty different dishes but enough to cover everyone's tastes and with seasonal products. Indeed, it is always good to book in advance (via the internet, works very very well with a return confirmation within 10 minutes) Not insignificant, there is also a waiter who speaks English/French (worth emphasizing for our tourist friends). The service is provided by a very friendly and smiling team. Take the time to take a break, it's not a fast food restaurant so the evening meal in 35m flat, no need to count on it but for a meal for two or between friends, it's great. Quality ingredients, nice choice of wines (do not hesitate to ask for a wine by the glass, it is not indicated on their menu but they give you the choice of other wine by the glass than the wine in a carafe (which is said by the way is also nice)). I highly recommend, a beautiful place that has existed for several decades (with different owners but always present quality). Basically, it's a small, well-hidden restaurant that will delight whoever finds it (Thanks google map :-)) For once we have a good restaurant on this side of the border with prices that match what we eat, the pleasure is double.
